I discovered this in 1999 roughly. I had always wanted something that would be
FUN as well as a great workout! This was IT. I have been doing it since then and
have added to my collection. Everyone can do this workout! Try it! :)

helpful...and insightful...everything a growing Christian needs!!!!!!!

coworker about SOMETHING...thus
I don't have my hardback bible w/
me...MUST go online. I dig it.

This is my current home church. I have
recently been getting involved on a
regular basis and have just seen the
beginning of using my gifts & talents!!!!
2004 will be the BEST year ever. :)
